About us
We are a team of qualified physiotherapists & instructors who take a ‘whole person’ approach when treating our patients. We understand that physical pain is so intertwined with your mental health and general wellbeing, so that’s why we really listen to you in order to diagnose and treat you with the care and attention you deserve. Through our expertise and experience we provide you with treatments, classes and referrals to help you get back to your best - moving and feeling better.
We are caring
Our team take time with you to really listen and understand your circumstances. Every patient matters and we always treat the whole person - you might come to us with back pain or knee pain but we understand how your pain affects you as a whole - so we treat you holistically and we really care about helping you feel better.
We are experts
In 2019 we became one of the first clinics in Northern Ireland to be awarded “Quality Assured Clinic” status. This achievement confirms the care and attention we give to every patient and the results we obtain from the treatment dispensed. Our highly qualified team regularly attend training courses in new evidence based techniques to ensure knowledge is always up to date.
We are connected
As well as our physiotherapy treatments our team includes professionals in reflexology, women’s health, pilates and yoga. We can therefore offer a wide variety of complementary treatments and therapies to help make a difference to your everyday life. We have also developed excellent communication channels with specialist consultants which enables us to provide our patients with quick access to radiological investigative scans including ultrasound, MRI, X-ray and/or CT.
Meet the Team
Our team are here to help you through a wide range of therapies, exercise and advise. We want to help you get the treatment you need as soon as possible so you can experience a quicker recovery and spend less time away from doing the things you love.

Front of house
Heather is our receptionist and our “front of house” specialist. The efficiency and smooth running of the clinic is really down to her. Whether it is answering the phone, greeting newly arrived patients, sorting a problem or dealing with a computer glitch (they do happen!) she does it all with confidence and good humour.
Heather’s life is never dull. When not in the Clinic Heather is a taxi driver for her 2 sons, a dog walker for her labradoodle and a busy housewife. Any free time after that is a bonus!!
